This time last year, I was making my way to Japan. A trip that changed my life, my perceptions, and my mindset.
I'm honored and privileged to honor Japan's culture and heritage alongside the current exhibiting Award-Winning Artist, Motomichi Nakamura.
With careful thought, I immersed the flavors of New England's Fall season with Japanese ingredients alongside dishes that played a incremental role in the artists journey...elements of surprising comfort, enlightenment, retrospection, and peace. Zen.
