5. All Sales Are Final Policy

All art sales, tickets, reservations, culinary experiences, memberships, books, and branded merchandise are FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

In rare cases where a customer is dissatisfied with a product, TT&G may offer an exchange or store credit at our sole discretion, but is not obligated to do so.

6. Shipping, Handling & Delivery (for purchased items)

Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout or by custom invoice.
Risk of loss and damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
