Resident Chef Michaela from New Haven draws inspiration from her Italian heritage, crafting dishes that reflect her cultural roots. Her culinary journey, shaped by the teachings of her mother and grandmother, brings traditional flavors to life with a modern twist.
Executive Chef Royale has over 8 years of culinary experience & has a palate full of flavors that continues to wow audiences and reach a higher level of detailed culinary technique.
