Author Event - March 30th

The Art of Storytelling hosts monthly author events, and this month, we invite you to join us on March 30th for a 'Red Lipstick' special occasion.

Rachel Felder, an accomplished author and journalist, will be our featured guest. Renowned for her insights into style and trends, Rachel's work has graced the pages of prestigious publications such as The New York Times, The New Yorker, Vogue, The Financial Times, and Women’s Wear Daily, among others.

She is the author of five books, with her most recent, Red Lipstick: An Ode to a Beauty Icon (HarperCollins Publishers), delving into the timeless allure, glamour, and rich history of this iconic makeup staple.

Rachel has shared her expertise at prominent events like TEDxOxford University, The Miami Book Fair, and SXSW, and has appeared on programs such as CBS Sunday Morning. She has also been a sought-after speaker at esteemed venues like the 92nd St. Y, Books & Books, Rizzoli New York, 10 Corso Como, and W.H. Smith Paris.

Before dedicating herself to writing, Rachel spent over a decade in the music industry, often found at the legendary CBGBs, sporting a vintage mechanical wristwatch and her signature red lipstick.

Currently, Rachel is working on her sixth book, a novel, while splitting her time between New York City, Miami Beach, and London.
